Where to pick up your order
We are located in Portimão. We do not have a physical shop open to the public, but we offer delivery throughout Portimão and the Algarve. Pickup of pre-ordered orders is also available.
The address provided is used exclusively for order pickups.
Pickup time is arranged in advance via WhatsApp.

Delivery Information
Important Delivery Information
Deliveries are carried out by our courier. In specific cases or for urgent deliveries, Uber may be used.
Bouquet preparation may take between 30 minutes and several hours, depending on the studio’s workload.
Before delivery, we will contact you to confirm the delivery time. All communication is carried out exclusively via WhatsApp.
Without confirmation, the order will remain at the studio until receipt can be confirmed.
For surprise deliveries, if we are unable to contact the recipient, the order may be left at the door or at the hotel reception, provided it is safe to do so.
The recipient’s full name and phone number are required.
If the recipient is not present and it is not possible to leave the order safely, a new delivery may be scheduled for an additional fee, or the customer may collect the order.
General Delivery and Returns Information
You can place your order online and choose home delivery or collection in Portimão.
Delivery may be free, depending on the order value and delivery area.
All bouquets are carefully packaged and transported in specially designed flower bags.
At checkout, you can view the delivery price, select your preferred delivery date, and check the delivery fee.
The delivery fee depends on the recipient’s address. To calculate the delivery cost, please enter the postcode in the format XXXX-XXX.
If you prefer, delivery can also be arranged by the customer via Uber or Bolt.
As our products are fresh and perishable, bouquets cannot be returned after delivery if they have been received in good condition.
If any damage related to transportation is identified at the time of delivery or within one hour of receipt, please contact us via WhatsApp and send us photographs.
We will make every reasonable effort to resolve the issue.
